Practicum #4

So far I'm enjoying my time on the Chasing the Frog forum. The conversations posted there are pretty interesting but they can be hard to become involved in. I've noticed that there is an elite group of posters that will start a thread and comment a ton of times but by the time I get there the thread is 30+ pages long and the topic is more or less done. Unless I'm a part of it when it's happening I feel that most of my posts go out there but no further comments are added. It's also hard to become involved in a thread like that b/c there's no way I'm reading 30 pages or more in order to catch up and make one comment. It just seems that once a thread becomes popular it becomes too big to grasp or catch up for other members within the forum. Hopefully I can be a part of one as it happens next time.
