MySpace

During middle school, I created a MySpace account because it seemed like everyone from my school was doing it. Even though I had one created, I did not spend much time on it and tended to forget about it from time to time. I remember using it the most when my friends and I would be having sleepovers and would stay up late on the internet.

After looking at MySpace profiles of friends and random people, I can 100% say I will not be back on MySpace in the near future. My preferred form of social networking is Facebook, and by participating in this assignment, my thoughts are confirmed to why I choose Facebook.

MySpace seems cluttered and unorganized. Each person is allowed to create their own page, but in my opinion, some people have to much going on in their pages. I like how Facebook has a universal design for each person's profile. By having everything uniform, I find Facebook easier to navigate.

I do not like how you can search people on MySpace in categories based on age and gender. It seems rather creepy to me that people look for certain people based on their age.
