Practicum #7 Reddit

I guess I'll use my last post as a reflection post. Doing his project opened up a new corner of the internet for me. I never used Reddit before this semester and now I feel like I will visit the site daily from now on. It is a great online community for anything you want out of the internet: humor, news, discussion, recipes, things you never knew. I can go on Reddit no matter what mood I am in. Reddit is an example of collective intelligence and an online community. Like any online community you are going to get people trolling other people or people on the site who do not know exactly how to use it. For the most part, there is a positive environment for most people on Reddit for people who just want to have a discussion about nothing or for people looking for help. Overall, Reddit is a great site and community. It's a great example of democratized internet use.
