Youtube and Hulu

After watching a video on both, there are some obvious differences between the two. I use Hulu primarily for watching TV shows that I've missed during the week. So far they seem to be doing fine on copyright infringement and most of the TV networks are okay with them having their content on the website for streaming only purposes (or at least to my knowledge). Youtube is more for viral videos and just stuff that people want to create and post. Obviously their have been some start up artists that have hit it big on Youtube but for me, I primarily go on to watch the occasional link that someone has left on my facebook. In fact I don't think there has ever been a time when I went on Youtube just to see the top videos. Overall, Youtube's format has gotten better since it started and Hulu's has always been easy to navigate. I probably use Hulu a tad bit more just because I would rather watch a full TV show than just catch a clip of someone's cat running through a cereal box no matter how fat the cat may be.
