Yesterday the computerized devices I used were my phone (alot!), my computer, and my garmen (driving directions). I really didn't realize it until I tracked my my actual amount using these devices but I found that I had my phone in my hand or my lap at all times. I text about 2-3 times an hour and made 6 calls yesterday. I went on the internet on my phone 2 times and went on facebook on my phone 5 times. I take notes on my computer during every class and found that I travel away from taking notes about 3 times during the class to other sites (yahoo, facebook, espn). I only used my garmen once to get my over to the east side for an appointment. Overall, I realized that I rely on electronics a lot! I really can't imagine living without them...especially my phone!
